Cara Fugill is a passionate, globally experienced educator leading transformation in education.
Cara has a background in Mathematics teaching, senior leadership and executive roles within schools, including Director of Teaching and Learning Pre K–12 at Scotch College, Cara is a visionary educator.

**Cara Fugill** has extensive experience in leadership roles in various educational settings, including her previous position as Director of Teaching and Learning Pre K–12 at Scotch College, Cara brings a wealth of experience to the table. As the Head of Scotch Global, Cara's focus is on modernising education for the 21st century. She places emphasis on creating innovative curricula, integrating technology effectively, and fostering collaboration among students and educators. Cara's commitment to excellence is evident in her efforts to prepare students for success in a rapidly changing world. In addition to her leadership at Scotch Global, Cara is the founder of ATAR Predictor, a model designed to enhance data analysis in senior secondary education. Her dedication to improving educational data quality underscores her mission to benefit schools and students alike. With a Master's degree in Leadership, a deep-seated passion for innovation and a desire to help young career starters realise their full potential, Cara is a dedicated course facilitator in our Career Accelerator Programme.
