He graduated as a 99+ ATAR student and is pursuing a Double Degree in Economics & Commerce at The University of Western Australia. He is currently working with Scotch Global to develop higher level maths courses for our IB students. Blake is an enthusiastic and approachable Thrive Facilitator. He graduated as a 99+ ATAR student and is pursuing a Double Degree in Economics & Commerce at The University of Western Australia. He is currently working with Scotch Global to develop higher level maths courses for our IB students. He loves working with students and watching them develop and grow. Blake is highly skilled in explaining concepts, making learning challenging but also enjoyable. Currently studying Post graduate Medicine at The University of Notre Dame, Jake has also spent the last five years teaching in a permanent role as the sole Physics teacher in a regional NSW school, specifically teaching the Science Extension ATAR (years 11 and 12) syllabi. Jake has also held a role in the Army Reserves as an Artillery Troop Commander, providing him with a shift from the sciences to operating in the Defence world.
